Paneer Bread Roll Without Oven| Baked Paneer Roll Recipe| Veg Paneer Bread Roll Recipe
Are you looking for a perfect veg snack or
dinner recipe?
Hi Friends!
I have made this yummy paneer bread roll
recipe without oven. This is a must-try! You can make them as your dinner rolls
or serve your guests as tea-time snacks. For sure, your tummy will be
satisfied!
This is a veg paneer bread roll recipe. I
have not used any eggs in making my bread or the stuffing, even I have skipped
doing egg wash on my rolls! So, whether you are a vegetarian or non-vegetarian,
you will enjoy munching on the rolls (thumbs up).
For the stuffing, I have used paneer only. If
you want, you can certainly add some easy-to-cook vegetables like carrots,
capsicum, onion, corns, etc., especially if you are making them for your
children.
Let’s get started with the baked paneer
roll recipe.
Paneer Bread Roll Recipe without Oven

- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Ginger powder – ¼ tsp
- Instant dry yeast – 1 tsp
- Butter (room temperature) – ¼ cup + for greasing
- Lukewarm milk – 6 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
For paneer stuffing,
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Garlic flakes – ¼ tsp (optional)
- Paneer – 40 gm
- Chilli flakes – ¼ tsp
- Piri Piri masala – ¼ tsp
- Oregano – ¼ tsp
- Veg mayonnaise – 1 tsp
- Salt – a pinch/ as per taste
For bread paneer roll,
- Cheese – any of your choice
- Butter – for greasing
- Milk+ sugar solution
- Pizza seasoning – ¼ tsp for sprinkling on top
Method:
- Take all the written ingredients (except oil) inside a bowl. Use a spatula to prepare the dough inside the bowl.
- Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Brush little butter on the dough. Sprinkle some flour on it. Take it out of the bowl and put on a rolling mat.
- Knead it for 7 – 10 minutes until gluten is formed.
- Let it rest again inside a bowl. Put oil on it and surrounding the dough for smooth proofing. Cover it with a plastic wrap or a wet towel. Leave it for 1 hour.
- Heat butter in a kadhai. Add all the ingredients one by one mentioned above for making the stuffing.
- Cool it.
- Take the dough and cut it into three equal halves.
- Make three balls of them.
- Roll one ball in an oval-shaped poori. The thickness should not be too thick or thin. Take 2 tbsp paneer stuffing and put at one end. Gently wrap with both sides of the to avoid spillage. Put some parallel horizontal cuts on the other end. Now roll the poori towards its cuts-end. One bread paneer roll is ready.
- Put it inside a greased baking dish. Similarly, prepare the other two rolls and put them inside the baking mould.
- Apply milk+sugar solution on top of them.
- Bake them at 180°C for 30 minutes (oven)/
bake them on low flame for 30 minutes (gas).
- Brush some melted butter on the top of the baked rolls. And then, sprinkle pizza seasoning on them.
- Serve hot!
Enjoy!
