2 Layer Chocolate Orange Pudding Without Oven| Multi Layer Pudding Recipe| Without Gelatin And Eggs

Hi Friends!

Puddings are everyone’s favourite, right? I can bet on my 2 layer chocolate orange pudding without oven recipe that you all will like it. Its simplicity is bound to impress each of you and you should try this healthy pudding recipe at least once at your home.

This is going to be a beautiful multi-layer pudding recipe, one layer will be chocolate and another is orange. Orange has vitamin C, it’s antioxidant and a must-have not this winter but throughout the year. I have used no gelatine in my recipe, as I know that not all of you have it at home. All the ingredients I have used in the recipe are easily available and mostly remain at our home!

Enough talking guys! Let’s get started with the recipe 😊

2 Layer Chocolate Orange Pudding (Without Oven)

For chocolate pudding (without gelatin and china grass),

Ingredients:

  • Milk – 2 cup/ 500 ml
  • Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  • Stevia – 2 tsp (1.5 tbsp honey/ 2 tbsp misri)
  • Orange zest – 1 tsp (optional)

For orange pudding (with cornflour),

  • Fresh orange juice – 1 cup / 250 ml
  • Corn flour – 1 tbsp
  • Stevia – 2 tsp (1.5 tbsp honey/ 2 tbsp misri) (in case the orange juice is not sweet enough)

Method:

  1. First, to make the chocolate pudding, mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring it to boil. Stir regularly to avoid corn flour getting stuck at the bottom of the pan.
  2. Cook on a low medium flame for 15 minutes or until the chocolate milk thickens.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased mould (I have used a square mould). Keep it aside to come at room temperature.
  4. Then to prepare the orange pudding, mix all the ingredients into a saucepan. Bring it to boil. Stir regularly to avoid corn flour getting stuck at the bottom of the pan.
  5. Cook on a low medium flame for 10 minutes or until the orange juice thickens.
  6. Set it aside and let it cool down a bit. Pour the mixture on the chocolate milk mixture.
  7. Let the layers thicken a bit at room temperature. Then refrigerate overnight or for at least 6-8 hours.
  8. Take the mould out of the refrigerator. Chocolate orange pudding is ready to be served.
  9. Sprinkle 1 tbsp cocoa powder on the top (optional).
  10. Cut your pudding into desired pieces. Enjoy!
