Cakey Brownies Recipe With Cocoa Powder| Cakey Brownie Recipe Eggless |Cakey Brownies v/s Fudgy|
Hi Friends!
Brownie lovers this
recipe is for you all! Either it’s fudgy or cakey, brownies make a perfect dessert
on every occasion. A brownie-break is irresistible for a workaholic too!
Baking a brownie is
all about playing with the basic ingredients – chocolate, flour, butter and
sugar. In my cakey brownies recipe with cocoa powder, I have lessened the
quantity for chocolates and butter than in fudgy. Cakey brownies v/s fudgy
discussion starts with fat to flour ratio and ends with it! The sugar amount
may remain the same. But cakey brownies need more flour (almost triple in
quantity) and less fat (almost half) than fudgy brownies. You can use oil in the
fudgy brownie recipe but for cakey brownie recipe eggless, you need to use only
butter to achieve the desired aeration into the batter.
Also, I have provided
measurements for every ingredient in cups as well as grams/ ml. This is essential
as cup measurements are different for every solid and liquid ingredient. My cakey
brownies recipe with proper measurements will definitely help you to bake your
brownies perfectly!
So, let’s get started
with the recipe.
