2 Layer Mocha Mousse Recipe| Chocolate Coffee Dessert Recipe| Eggless Mocha Mousse Recipe



Hi Friends,

I have brought super easy mocha mousse recipe for you. You can make mousse now quickly at your home without using gelatin or egg. Good news! This 2 layer mocha mousse looks awesome, tastes delicious and can be served to any special guests! So, why to delay? Let’s start making this lip-smacking chocolate coffee dessert recipe.

So, what do we want in this eggless mocha mousse recipe?

Ingredients:

  • Coffee powder – ½ tbsp + ½ tbsp
  • Hot water – 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
  • Whipping cream – 50ml + 50 ml + 100 ml
  • White chocolate – 50 gm
  • Dark chocolate – 50 gm

That’s it! We do not need anything else!

Now, let’s continue with how to make a chocolate mocha mousse?

Method:

  1. Take two bowls and add ½ tbsp coffee powder in each. Pour 2 tbsp hot water in each of the bowls and stir well. Keep aside and let them cool down.
  2. Take 50 ml whipping cream in a bowl and let it simmer using double boiler method. Add 50 gm dark chocolate in it. Make a smooth chocolaty mix.
  3. Take another 50 ml whipping cream in a bowl and let it simmer too using double boiler method. Add 50 gm white chocolate in it. Make another smooth chocolaty mix.
  4. Take 100 ml chilled whipping cream in a large bowl. Using an electric beater beat it at high speed for about 4-5 minutes/ until stiff peaks form.
  5. Take half of the whipped cream in the dark chocolate mix. Pour one coffee solution in it. Mix everything well until you get a smooth creamy mix. Pour it inside a piping bag and make it pour-ready.
  6. Take the other half of the whipped cream in the white chocolate mix. Pour other coffee solution in it. Mix everything well until you get a smooth creamy mix. Pour it inside a piping bag and make it pour-ready too.
  7. Take serving cups. Pour the dark chocolate mousse in them till half of the height of the cups. Pour white chocolate mousse on top of it.
  8. If you want put some chocolate biscuit pieces in the middle of the two layers.
  9. Serve the mousse cups topped with dark chocolate chips or grated chocolates.
