Quick & Easy Suji Rasgulla Recipe| Aise Banaiye Suji K Rasgulle| Suji Rasgulla Recipe In Hindi|
Hi Friends,
Here is the quick & easy suji rasgulla
recipe. Mere sath aise banaiye suji k rasgulle aur tarif paiye 😍. In the
video, I have explained suji rasgulla recipe in Hindi.
Ingredients:
- Ghee – 1tbsp + 1 tbsp
- Milk – 4 cups/ 1 litre
- Suji/ rava/ semolina – 1 cup
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
- Sugar – 2 cups
- Water – 2 cups
- Cardamom pods – 2
Method:
- Put ghee in the hot kadai.
- Add milk and stir well until it boils.
- Add suji slowly to the milk and keep stirring continuously.
- Switch off the flame when suji is cooked and leaves the kadai.
- Add cardamom powder in hot suji & mix well.
- Pour to on a plate for quick cooling.
- After it reaches room temperature, add ghee on it and take on the base for kneading.
- Knead with your hand and palm for 2-3 minutes.
- Now suji dough is ready for preparing the rasgulla balls out of it.
- Grease some ghee on your hands and start making round-shaped rasgulla balls. Remember to make shapes according to your requirements as suji rasgullas don’t soak sugar syrup and double in size like the chena rasgullas. (Read my Halwai Style Chenna Rasgulla Recipe)
- Meanwhile, take another kadai to prepare sugar syrup/ chasni/ sirka of the rasgullas.
- Add sugar and water.
- Put few cardamom pods in it. Let it boil until honey-like consistency.
- Pour the sugar syrup into a small deep bowl. Put the rasgulla balls into it. Rest it for 4-5 hours.
- Serve the rasgullas topped with pistachio slices.
