2 Healthy Chia Recipes For Breakfast| Energy Smoothies For The Morning| Pudding Recipe With Chia Seeds
Hi Friends!
Chia seeds are well-known consistent energy
providers. In our breakfast recipes, we need to have something that is healthy,
tasty and can provide energy for the day. So, I bought these 2 healthy chia
recipes for your breakfast. One is a smoothie recipe and another is a pudding. Both
recipes are easy and quick to make. Only you need to do as preparation is to
soak the chia seeds overnight.
I always prefer energy smoothies for the morning breakfast and thus this banana oats chia smoothie is a perfect recipe for me and to all those health freaks who want to lose weight 😊
Fruits fill our tummy and don’t add fats to
our body. Thus, I make my pudding recipe with chia seeds by soaking them into
fruit juice, especially when I am not in a mood to drink milk 😉
Enough talking, let’s get started with the
recipes.
Note!!
The smoothie and pudding recipes with chia
seeds I provided in this video are single-serving. If you want to make those
for 2 – 3 people, just double or triple the ingredients used in each recipe.
3 tbsp of chia seeds per day is a maximum
count for safe consumption by every adult people. And, don’t forget to drink
plenty of water all through the day after having your chia breakfast. J
